With over 30 years of experience as an interim manager and financial expert, I know what companies really need in change processes.
As Managing Director of Bruns HR-Solutions GmbH, I stand for excellence, strategic vision, and practical solutions that deliver measurable results.
In my career, I have accompanied numerous companies – from medium-sized businesses to international corporations – through critical phases: from the transition to IFRS accounting to reorganizations, restructurings, and the establishment of efficient financial structures.
What drives me: Getting people and organizations moving, mitigating risks, and ensuring sustainable success.
It is with this perspective that I lead Bruns HR-Solutions – as a partner on equal terms for our clients and candidates.
